Spencer Arms

This was a great place to move out for my first time alongside my partner. Good location, peaceful living, and the spot itself being very nice.

My husband and I have lived there for two years, and although it is a bit old, the administration always tries to improve everything; whenever We need some maintenance, they address the issue quickly.
As I said, it's old, and with it comes some kitchen appliance issues, but overall it is well-located for everything you need.

I have lived here for two years, and I just moved to a two bedroom. Living here is truly great, Staff is always helping me and are always there on call when I need help with anything. They make living here enjoyable. The area inside is clean, family oriented, and very quiet. The staff is very quick to response if and when I ever needed something. If it was a maintenance problem they would respond very quickly. I haven't had a problem living here which is a great thing!

I went to view a 2 bedroom unit and was amazed at how well the complex as well as the apartments have been maintained. I was greeted by Barbara, who was very pleasant and extremely informative. I have not had to look for any rentals in 17 years and this was my first encounter. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet residence. I was there at 4:30 and did not hear any noises coming from any of the units. What a great place.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and love it. The management is very fast if they need to attend to something, the community is very quiet and the apartments are very nice and clean. The only thing I wish I had would be a dishwasher!
