Management is decent but the management company is crooked. They left us without air conditioning for almost 4 months and offered no rent credit. The fake grass outside smells like urine perpetually, the security camera in the lobby doesn't work and the washers & dryers only work intermittently. There are better deals out there for the money.

I have lived here for 19 years and I've watched people come and go. Jones and jones stay on top of things and work to make it the best living situation for everyone that resides here.

We have a lot of issues with the building from the horrible smell in the hallway & elevator to the plumbing and AC. Also noticed the paint is starting to chip and fall from the bedroom and bathroom. The size of the apartment is great and location but they need to update the building to be able to balance out there asking rent.

It's a relatively quiet area. The apartments are big and spacious and you will never feel cramped. Laundry on site and there's a pool and the apartment manager, Erica, does a great job of resolving any issues. She even takes care of things without us having to ask.

This apartment made me a lottery winner. Everything about it is exactly what I needed. Affordable, quiet, secure, 3 minute walk to work, over 1700 sq feet, and a huge patio! I put up a cute storage shed and have saved hundreds of dollars by closing out the public storage unit we had. The neighbors are all great, and my family and even my dog loves it here. I especially like the underground security parking, which saves our cars from melting in the sun, and the convenient laundry facilities.... Oh, and did I mention the pool area and outdoor BBQ? It has made a very hot summer bearable! My friends say I should never move. I'm taking their advice!
