Villas at Lovers Lane

I was moving to The Villas from a town over a hundred miles away. They helped me select the right unit for my needs and exactly what I needed to get done before move-in. I can't wait till I get un-boxed and enjoy the pool, spa and the other amenities! I am a senior citizen and Carrie and her assistant really helped reduce the trauma of moving.

Monica had horrible communication from the beginning. She was rarely reachable and never kept her word of when she would call back or let me know what I needed with my apartment application. After more than a month and a half of trying to catch her, I had to withdraw my application because I felt it would just continue this way. She wasted my time and even when giving back my deposit did not have the courage to apologize. I recommend you stay away from this place!

I absolutely recommend this location to EVERYONE!! Its functional love the security of living in a gated area.
The Clubhouse is so amazing and who wouldnt love it ! and the gym access and Pool with Jacuzzi!!! Need I say More !
Oh yes save the best for Last... MONICA:) I Love her and her dedication to all her tenants, She is beyond reliable and poor girl Ive seen First hand her work through Lunch just to get the job complete! SO I give 10+ Stars !!!

I haves lived here for a year and would not recommend. There is little response from management/maintenance when work orders for problems are placed. This causes bigger problems. They make excuses for not replacing or fixing broken appliances. General maintenance is not completed routinely. Several complaints mist be made for them to actually fix things that are broken. There is no enforcement of rules.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and the area is very handy for accessing the freeway, local shopping & Medical needs. You have plenty of grocery stores to do your shopping & clothing. The area has a real nice pool by the front office, covered party area next to pool and entire area is fence in, Club house & is a gated community. The staff here are very friendly and the two maintenance workers are very polite and courteous to all residents and are treated all the same. They have an... excellent way of requesting repairs to your unit by filling out an online request form for work needed and repairs are usually done in a day or two. Noise during the day and night is real good and any activities usually wind down by 9:00 pm. They also allow pets and have a area for walking them. Do to the units being built very efficient the utilities are very low comparing to owning a home. We recommend this place to all looking for a place to call home. Read More
