It's alright

The place isn't too bad. Landlord makes sure people aren't too loud too late. If people are causing trouble, the landlord sends notices and will kick people out without much hesitation which is pretty nice. Parking is limited if you have a second vehicle or have guests over. The control to open the gates don't always work so you're sitting in front of the gate for a while just trying to open the gate. The price is alright for living in San Diego county. It just has its ups and down that I can't... really say it's great, but it isn't horrible
