Do not rent here
If you live here have the police on speed dial. Management tells you to call the police on loud neighbors but don't do anything to quiet them.I get waken up all through the night from fights and loud banging. All this while I have to get up to go to work. You'll get no sleep and on top pay high rent. Also beware they charge a random $$$$ amount on water bill and trash. Yes, they bill you extra for water and trash. Parking is horrible. Random people park in my assigned spot. I call the tow... company but they are not 24 hours. So you'll be stuck with no parking after a long days of work. Please find somewhere else.

We are aware of the noises resident can experience and encourage the resident to report this to the leasing office immediately.... If the noise happens during after hours, we ask the resident to call the police since leasing staff are not at the office to handle the issue. We do ask the resident to report it to the leasing office the next day, so we can help handle the situation and/or serve notices for the noise.
