I love this apartment complex. It’s kept very clean and maintained. The apartment is spacious and worth every penny.

I am so glad that my family has chosen to live at Sandpiper Cove in Yuba City. The manager is so kind and amazing. My rent for a 2 bedroom is 1475 which is lower than most places. We signed a one year lease with a deal the 13 month was free. I love the new dishwasher which was installed before I moved into the unit. I would recommend this place to anyone.
