The people above us are extremely loud at all hours of the day/night. We understand it could be loud but they are loud at 1am- early morning. Also, the other issue is the pain and touchups are really bad here. The products they use are very cheap. Other than that, everything else is fine

I have had quite a peaceful time here at Alexan Westerly Creek. I had a rough start but so far, I have loved it here; leasing staff, mail room, gym, pool, etc the excitement is exhilarating.

Property charges twice on certain amenity fees, and tenants tried to get it fix but staff aren't doing anything to fix it instead they are having the tenant fetch for infos that property management should already have.
Trash fee is somehow about $60 a month, property management said they would fix it since it shouldn’t be that high, it’s been a year and nothing has changed. Getting charged for electricity twice in invoice, property management has tenant calling xcel energy for informations...
property management should have on file and xcel energy refusing to give us those infos since once again Property management should be the one reaching out for them or should have it in their file.
