Waste of Money

Waste of money for a place that doesn’t fix problems. Lots of random fees, property not clean, rude neighbors, no parking. I was not pleased and didn’t not enjoy my time there. I know my husband and I will not be renting there again

Worst management

Do not rent here, the management here is terrible, my apartment got flooded twice and they did nothing to compensate me. I work from home and I couldn’t work for 2 weeks. Please stay away from here.

The community is nice but you don’t get a lot of space for what you pay. If you invest in some vertical space, you’ll be just fine! The view of the mountains is really nice and the area is close to lots of stores and restaurants. The office staff is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need. People do speed through here, so watch out! Maintenance requests are very easy to put in online but depending on the urgency, they won’t get to you for a little while.

The experience at Cortland Grand River Colorado Springs is spot on amazing customer service amazing maintenance service request handlers and amazing for parking lots for you and your guests dog park and great amenities, clubhouse pool phenomenal gym workstations with free Wi-Fi and so much more property has been upgraded and looks absolutely amazing.

I have lived in the Grand River apartments for about 8 months. I have been extremely satisfied with the staff and customer service. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. Unlike many other apartments, Grand River provides a more "home-y" environmental experience with the developed trees and the surrounding grass between the separate buildings.
