The community is very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance stays on top of requests and my apartment layout is very nice and modern. I’ve enjoyed the community amenities as well as parking :)

The apartment is fine. The kitchen appliances are cheap, but functional. The main office seems to close much earlier than the listed hours. The part of town the complex is in kinda sucks.

Quiet community for the most part. Beautiful views & pet friendly. There are 2 dog parks & a pet washing station which is pretty convenient. We have a small gym as well as a pool & volleyball area. The pool unfortunately has not been accessible to residents though for some time -- like 3 yrs but we are currently under new management & its being worked on at least
