Building management has generally declined under the new company.
Building management has declined after the new management company took over in 2025. Multiple requests for maintenance of common areas, including parking garages have been ignored. Leasing has gone from just mildly annoying to absolutely horrible and unhelpful. I understand why there is such resident turnover and so many empty units. I expect it to only get worse.
