How Is This Rating Determined?

Building management has generally declined under the new company.

Building management has declined after the new management company took over in 2025. Multiple requests for maintenance of common areas, including parking garages have been ignored. Leasing has gone from just mildly annoying to absolutely horrible and unhelpful. I understand why there is such resident turnover and so many empty units. I expect it to only get worse.

Highly Recommend Living Here!

I've been a resident at Cadence for quite a while now and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it is. It's truly one of the best apartment communities. Everyone is so nice and welcoming - both residents and the staff - and it's very dog-friendly! The events they have every month are amazing and so much fun to go to. Also, the maintenance team is always so quick to respond to any service requests you submit and are highly efficient! The other day I put a work order in late at night and as soon... as they saw it the next morning they came first thing and fixed the issue I was having right away! They also had no problem with my dog roaming around in my apartment while they did their work, which was amazing! I highly recommend living here.

The maintenance team and concierge team are excellent. Always friendly folks to see around the building, and handle whatever you need quickly.

On the last few weeks of my lease, my washer malfunctioned, and within 2 hours I had a brand new machine.

Cadence at Union Station apartments is a quiet building with concrete ceilings and floors. The building is located across the street from Union Station and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a few blocks from Commons and Confluence parks. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, next day. Front office staff are friendly and always say hi. Highly recommended!

Cadence at Union Station is a wonderful community and an excellent apartment to live at. With friendly leasing staff, very skilled and quick maintenance technicians, this building has amazing amenities too. You should consider scheduling a tour if searching apartments in LoDo. It's across the street from Union Station Denver and near restaurants and Whole Foods.
