The rent is more than it says. Of course they raise it. Loud neighborhood

Fair enough

Maintenance is good, but the apartment is very old and rundown. During summer, the area can get very loud at night. They raise the rent, so expect to pay more than listed. Very convenient location, close to grocery stores, schools, hospitals
