Worst property management team in history. Overpriced. Drug use in hallways. Flagrance for the law and tenant rights.

I signed my lease early July 24, at that time the hot tub was being resurfaced and fixed. NOPE when I moved in Aug 10th they said they were filling it with dirt and it would not reopen. The pool was closed 50% of the time I lived there, people smoke pot inside, the hallways reak all the time and the apartments are dumpy and dirty. I never really complained except they had to repaint the kitchen cabinets that were pealing laminate which was not addressed before I moved in.
When I moved out they... are billing me for several items that were dirty when I move in. I documented what was BROKEN, not stove pans that were gross or carpets I had to steam clean myself.
They several monthly fees, and when you terminate early they charge you even when they turn your apartment.
I regret choosing IMT over York, York was much newer, had lots of upgrades, hot tub, and was less expensive.
One bright spot was Courtney, she was always awesome and nice.

The maintenance team is great here. Especially Courtney. She really helped us out along with management when we had to replace our blinds 2x in a week. Thanks Courtney!

I lived at IMT City Park from April 2020 to October 2024 and had a fantastic experience overall. The complex is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a contemporary design that feels fresh and welcoming. The maintenance team is stellar – they’re always prompt, professional, and thorough. Any issue, big or small, was resolved quickly, which really added to the peace of mind of living here.
The location is unbeatable, making it easy to access everything I needed, from Sprouts to Chipotle and... City Park. Plus, the rent and fees were very reasonable, especially for the level of quality and service provided. If you’re looking for a fair, convenient, and well-kept place to live, I’d definitely recommend IMT City Park. No major complaints from me – it was a wonderful place to call home!

I have lived in a lot of corporate owned apartment complexes and have realistic expectations about how friendly they are to their tenants pocketbooks. IMT is by far the greediest landlord I have ever rented from.
Maintenance is deferred until things have been broken for months. They require a 2x monthly rent lease break fee and 60 days notice. Month-to-month rent rates are extortionate.
If you need any flexibility with your move out, this is the wrong apartment complex. Period.
On a... positive note, I like the building and the employees were decent. Such a shame the company ruins that.
