Don't move here

Neighbors are frequently noisy and blasting music, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing, and trash is left everywhere around the property. My neighbors below me allow their dog to defecate on their patio, so my patio and the outdoor surroundings of my unit constantly smell. Awful communication from staff, they will not respond to work requests in a timely fashion, if they respond to them at all.
