Oak Trail at Cherry Creek

Loud and disrespectful tenants and guests at the pool. Loud parties going late into the night. Management had no control over the pool activities. Security on the grounds is nonexistent. Management is lax about enforcing policies for ALL tenants.

Cortland on Cherry Creek needs to bring back security so it’s a safe community. Vendors such as trash valet should be changed. They are loud thrash the trash cans and drag trash down the stairs. Office staff should be a little nicer to tenants that have paid rent on time and followed community rules.

This has been one of my favorite communities that I have lived in. The amenities are really nice, the landscaping and overall grounds are generally clean and tidy and it is usually very quiet and peaceful here. The trees and winding walkways are really nice and we are very centrally located to all of the stores, shops, and services you'd need. Would recommend!

Vivir en Cortland Cherry Creek, puede ser muy agradable y tranquilo, solo hay una cosa como el parqueadero, que es un tortura si llegar después de las 9 pm, es casi imposible conseguir un lugar para estacionar y debes dejar los autos en el otro condominio o en la calle.

Nice clean community. My apartment is beautiful but repairs done are substandard. Valet trash service is excellent but trash areas in community can become overflowed but taken care of. Parking can be an issue depending on when you come home for the evening. The staff is quick to respond to your needs.
For the price it's a great value and is next to Cherry Creek bike and running trails if you like to run or bike or just take a walk.
