Parkside Apartments

I moved in 11/25 when this complex was owned by y birge and held. All negative reviews before 5/2026 are based off that terrible management. PedCor took over in 5/2026 and wow, I went from trying to break my lease to encourgaing My friends to apply Here. They fixed what the old company wouldn’t in less than 30 days. Maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours. Leasing is super communicative. They’re also so compassionate and helpful, they want to help You succeed not make life harder. The... grounds have seen a huge improvement with new sprinkler systems and daily morning trash cleanup. I’ve had issues with neighbors that leasing addressed immediately and improvements were made peacefully. Any further inconveniences are actively being worked on and addressed. I love living here since PedCor took over. The units are huge, spacious and reasonably priced. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and clean. 10/10 recommend living here! Read More

It’s nice that the ladies in the office are always in there when you need when you need them or you have any kind of questions and it’s nice that they actually answer the phones and if they don’t answer them, they’re returning your calls. New management is pretty good. It’s way better than the last one and the property maintenance is pretty good. They keep it well. I feel pretty safe and comfortable living here because there’s no violence or anything and everybody mind your business here So... overall it’s a nice place to live at. Clean and updated unit, friendly property mgmt staff, great location!

Stay away! Crooks and con artists! Poor attention to detail and customer service. They will say anything to get your business, but don't keep track of what they say or promise. Management team thinks they are infallible and refuse to take responsibility for their own actions.

When my thermastat went out called emergency maintznce number was disconnected. Fire department tried the three emergency contacts they had and fhe could do is leave a message. So if there was an actual fire one wonders what would oc happened. I have a baby and it was cold that night and we had to make other arrangements to sleep that night. I czll mamagement and property management and no one ever called me back in fact I am still waiting for that call back. There excuse was phone was broke as... far as I am concerned nothing but an excuse. Could even offer a discount for displacing me. Parkside is greedy.
