Suggestions go unheard, stinky and things are always falling apart. Garage door is broken every other day. The pool was closed for half the summer, the key fobs to get into the building don’t work half the time. Fire alarms are always going off. The only thing I would say is amazing is that whenever I needed something inside my unit fixed, maintenance was fixing it the same day or next day. The problem isn’t the unit itself, it’s nice. The problem is the building and how they pride in taking... care of it and maintaining it.

I wish more detail on guest parking was provided during my tour when I asked about it but so far everything else is great. Common areas are clean, staff is kind and helpful, and the neighbors are nice.

Great location and safe building with nice amenities. The office staff are kind and helpful and the pool and gym are 10/10. Mostly quiet with exception to some street noise on weekends.

I’ve loved living here over the past 18ish months. The office staff is great and gets to know the residents. Would love for a Butterfly system or something to let us buzz people in, but otherwise everything is great!
