It’s been fun! Probably the most stress free move (as it could be, moves are always stressful and exciting) the location is great because there are so many things to walk.

I really enjoyed my first two years leasing from this building. The location is perfect for my needs, the parking garage was secure, maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and the furnishings in my apartment match my style and worked well. Sadly, I cannot say the same for my experience in the last year. From the last minute communication about my lease expiring, to the constantly broken or unavailable amenities and the persistent roaches in my apartment, I cannot wait to leave. It seems like... policy changes without being communicated to residents. The leasing agents are completely unhelpful- they'll secure your package if delivered incorrectly and not tell you where it is, even if it's clearly a temperature-sensitive delivery. They also make unreasonable requests like having the kitchen completely emptied for months on end for pest control. Everything is an inconvenience and I am very disappointed in my experience.

the front office staff is wonderful but there are issues with door security and amenities not being maintained or working and there are no community events or benefits which is a shame living in such a lively area surrounded businesses
