Overall great move in, and front office experience. Location is the best part and apartment has a lot of nice finishes. Views are awesome.

Management is great and has been very attentive to my questions. I love my apartment. It has ample storage and really high ceilings. My one complaint is that several of the residents don’t clean up after their dogs and it’s become a health hazard if I don’t clean it up, which is really gross. I wish the complex had it in the budget to find a way to fix this issue.

It is often difficult to move but Venue on 16th made it as easy as possible. Reserved the elevator so I could get everything moved in within 2 hours, The staff is welcoming and the tenants have thus far been friendly and helpful.

From the moment I first stepped foot into the Venue On 16th, I knew I had found a gem in the heart of the city. Not only is this building aesthetically pleasing, but it's meticulously maintained to the highest standard. A pristine environment, both inside and out, reflects the dedication and professionalism of the staff.
Speaking of the staff, they have consistently demonstrated not only professionalism but also genuine concern for the well-being and comfort of the residents. Their prompt and... efficient responses to any queries or issues have made my experience living here remarkably stress-free.
The location is, without a doubt, unbeatable. Being at the Venue On 16th places you conveniently within walking distance from restaurant, Sprouts Market and the City Park Farmers' Market, as well as the edgy bars and music venues on Colfax, while the Park also grants tranquility and peace after a long day. The building is super dog-friendly, and is a sort of canine utopia.
Inside my apartment, the space is both functional and elegant, clearly designed with an eye for detail. New, state-of-the-art appliances ensure that my day-to-day life is convenient and efficient, leaving me more time to enjoy the comforts of my home.
Living at Venue On 16th has been nothing short of a delight. The harmonious blend of excellent location, modern amenities, and an outstanding team makes this place stand out in a league of its own. I wholeheartedly recommend Venue On 16th to anyone searching for an elevated living experience.
