Miramont Apartments

My daughter and I really enjoy living here, the community and location is great. The repairs they are doing for our community is amazing! Also the management and maintenance here is very helpful.

Usually the best apartment living experience is when you don’t have to think about it. When I first moved in I had some maintenance issues which took 4 weeks to have someone take a look at. When they finally did, an exceedingly competent man, Ben, had just been hired and took care of everything in one fell swoop. With his addition to the team and the parking lot potholes being fixed soon, my rating has gone up considerably. Thanks!

Maintenance team has fallen off the face of the earth and will not address any of our opens service requests unless it's to say it's completed when they never actually contacted us or fixed the problems and the leasing team isn't much better.

I have been loving it here so far. Nice quiet place. Awesome work out room. Can't wait to try out the pool this summer! Very safe and inviting place. And close to many places to eat and shop!

The apartments are not too bad but the maintenance has been a major issue. I had my bathtub’s finish starting to peel off and at the time of writing this it’s has been 4 months since my initial work order, which was closed without being fixed, and another month since I reopened the work order.
