I live on the first floor and my neighbors dog loves to bark, along with every other dog on the first floor it seems. The turf yards seemed like a good idea to me at first, but most people seem to fill them up with poo and leave their dogs out to bark. Sometimes I’ve noticed they’ll be barking late at night too. I’ve had neighbors blast music and bang around late at night which sucks if you have work early in the AM. There’s a lot of dog poo on the property, there’s supposed to a rule where you... gotta pick up, but one of the maintenance peoples told me they can’t fine them unless they see them not pick it up. There’s even poo on the sidewalks! The trash compactor seems to always be full so residents seem to pile their trash on the sidewalk behind it then when the wind picks up it blows it around the property. My oven flips the breaker when I preheat so I hope you don’t enjoy baking like me and finally I was told we’d have 1gb speed internet. Turns out that was a half lie cause that 1gb is shared. My speeds were higher on a satellite dish. If you work from home buy a starlink!
