Bad Management

Bad vendors bad manager. Great location. Landscape company does not clean up after them selves. Bad odor from neighbor s apartment. No help from management.

Stay Away!

Loudest apartment I have ever lived in, cheap appliances, cheap finishings. Sold on something completely fake...

Not bad but definitely not “luxury”

The location is actually very good. The area (as of this rating) is fairly new with decent amount of services (food, shopping, etc). Except a supermarket. It’s way out. The closest Walmart is sketch and Target is still Target with high prices for Walmart-grade stuff. There is easy-ish access to IH25. Roadways are decently maintained and traffic isn’t too congested even during rush hours. Although the stoplights in this area are unusually long. Expect to sit three to five minutes at the light.... Ft Collins isn’t very far and neither are outdoor activity areas. Medical Center of the Rockies is one of largest medical facilities in Northern Colorado and is only on the other side of the highway.

However, with these “luxury apartments”, all expenses were definitely spared. The construction is extremely cheap. Thin walls. Thin floors. Low-scale appliances. Cheap sinks/fixtures. The granite countertops (in the kitchen area only) is the center of the sales pitch. But expect Formica everywhere else. Plastic tubs and poor water pressures. The washer and dryer are the cheapest I’ve ever seen. The layout of the one bedroom isn’t smart. The HVAC is in the center of the apartment with the air inlet facing towards the living room area. This means you can expect to crank up your tv every five minutes if you’re hoping to hear anything when the AC or heat kicks on; or turn the subtitles on at least.

Also, there’s a large population of oil workers and their large loud diesel work trucks here. So expect to be woken up every morning at 4 or 5 am.

This isn’t a bad place to be but the rent is too high for this quality of apartment. They also nickel and dime you death. Expect adding like pets and garages to jack the cost of your rent (although conveniently a few bucks cheaper than the next higher apartment).

Won't be clean when you move in

CAUTION! Make sure they clean it before you move in. When we got here the place was most certainly not cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed, countertops were dusty, microwave was dirty inside, dead bugs around, and finger prints on the mirrors and appliances. I was apologized to by the leasing agent with her saying she was sorry it wasn't clean to "my standards". If this place was cleaned to their standards then everyone that moves in here is going to have a lot of cleaning to do. Also when we... moved in on Saturday, our hot water heater was broken. We were told it would be replaced Monday morning. By Monday evening they had finally come in and "fixed it". Now Tuesday morning we are finally getting a new water heater. Apparently all the time I spent cleaning, and without hot water, was worth $100 credit. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because I finally do have hot water and the maintenance guys are really nice and helpful.

Springs@ 2534

We moved in the end of January! We have 2 Labrador puppies, they are very pet friendly our dogs love it here. The dog parks are awesome. The ladies in the office are so sweet and accommodating to all of our wants and needs. We love all of the amenities and our garage! This is a great place to live
