How Is This Rating Determined?

Just another greedy company that doesn’t care about it’s residents

They’ll let you sign a lease with them and give them a deposit and then two days before you move in, they’ll tell you your apartment isn’t ready.
They’ll tell you where you can park for free and then tell you that there’s nothing they can do when your car gets towed anyway.
They’ll tell you to give them a time for maintenance to come fix their shoddy appliances and then tell you that you have to work around their “busy” schedule.
Save your time and money and rent somewhere else.

Great location, close to plenty of different food and shopping and also right next to a scenic lake perfect for walking your dog or just getting some exercise. Very clean units with brand new appliances and friendly staff helped me find the apartment that was perfect for me.

Overall the apartments themselves kinda suck. But the location, amenities, kind of make up for it. But overall I would definitely look around first before selecting this place. The apartments are not that great and they have raised my rent already once.
