Thin walls!!

I love this apartment complex for so many reasons, but the noise from surrounding apartments is unbearable. If you have sensitive hearing, I would say avoid avoid avoid. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls or ceilings, so every noise your neighbors make only amplifies the noise. If you can, get an upstairs unit. If you get a downstairs unit, you are completely under the mercy of your upstairs neighbors and unfortunately not everyone is considerate of the fact people live below them. I... don’t know about you, but I like to have some peace and quiet in my down time but that’s simply not possible with folks trying to get their 10k steps while stomping above me every single day. For the price, this place is great but if you enjoy your sanity, I’d say look elsewhere.

it’s been great…after my last place this is a definite upgrade. no cockroaches, great air conditioning, and a washer and dryer?!??? how could this be better. i feel safe walking around the complex. overall i love my new place so much and im excited to spend a long time here:)

Its nice! Maintenance is always fast and thorough. No complaints. It’s peaceful and quiet & the neighbors are nice. Round 1 is right across the street! & Close to everything you need! Mountain view!

I've been here for almost 2 years and have not had any issues with the property or neighbors. i love the location and how quiet it is. The only thing that can be a pain is the parking.
