Management will not listen to you

My apartment constantly smells like weed and even though I bring it up to management, they don’t do anything and proceed to blame it on me. This has been happening for months with no solution. Trash also constantly smells and there will be bags of trash left in the hallway and by the trash chute as management locks the trash chute for days at a time.

Great place to live

We moved in just under a week ago, and so far everything has gone great! Prior to moving in, Amber and Scott were so helpful and answered all of our questions. Now that we are moved in, the staff has been just as helpful. Not to mention that the maintenance team is amazing. They are friendly, efficient, and follow up on what they say that they will do.

The apartment itself is beautiful. I am excited to see what it looks like when the rest of the amenities open up.

The Avra team is always happy to assist. The clubhouse and library are going to be open for residents this weekend, with the pool following just a couple of weeks later. The coffee machine will be flowing in the leasing lobby early next week,...
