Tour Appointment Not Honored

I showed up for a tour of an apartment that I was interested it and it was scheduled for 10:30 am. I was instructed to go into the office at that time and to meet with my tour guide. When I walked up to the door, it was locked. There was a gentleman to left with glasses that I made eye contact with as I knocked on the door. All he simply did was mouth something and point to the door which stated that they would be back at all 11 following a training for the staff. I wasn’t aware that a staff... training overrides my appointment to tour an apartment I’m interested in. Absolutely terrible customer service and management. I will certainly look elsewhere for a new living space.
