Turn away well you can!

Very unprofessional management and not friendly to people. Have outrageous pricing and the add on bills they tack on from who knows were is ridiculous. They can't keep staff in the office, they have poor communication with tenats and very disrespectful and noisy property manager that will ask anyone to give info on tenants that she has an issue with. Please if you like you peace and sanity find a nicer place that is affordable with out hidden tack on fees to your rent $300 or more on top of... your rent.

Great place to live!

I’ve lived here for about a year and absolutely love it! Very good for the price with nice amenities and very friendly office staff! Julia scerbo keeps great communication and maintenance always fixes problems very fast

This Place is Still Awful

I wrote a review on here in December. I complained about having 2 leaks, which one was solved but they left a large hole in our ceiling that has never been patched up and the other leak hasn’t been addressed. Their response to my review was that all my working orders were completed. That was a lie. It’s been 3 months since that post, and nothing has been fixed. The mail system that they use doesn’t give you any notices or codes to get in. I have attempted to ask about this at the front office,... but their response is that it’s not their fault if the carriers don’t scan everything right.
The grounds are even more disgusting than they were before. There was an explosion at one of the townhomes a few weeks ago that burned down a few homes. We received an e-mail that they were checking all the new HVAC units they had installed (!!) but we didn’t hear anything about it after. Stratus Townhomes isn’t a nice place to live.

Don't do it

Overpriced, rats, parking sucks, so many extra fees, say one thing then totally do another, will not work with you, Loud disruptive tenants they do nothing about, Sheridan and train makes for constant noise

Overpriced, hidden fees that pop up after you move in, parking sucks especially on the weekends and evening, Loud disruptive tenants they do nothing about, rats, snow removal non existent if outside of business hours, they do not work with you for anything even if you are a good tenant
