Problem solved Our hot water stipped running. Made a requesr the night before and came back from your today, problem solved. Maintenance alwaya takes care of us when we need it.

Very fast and high quality. I am very surprised at how quickly our problem at home was solved. I just submitted a service request, and in 10-15 minutes I got a call saying that a technician was on his way to our house. In two minutes, he fixed our smoke detector, and we were already enjoying the silence.

Overall Great! The guy who addressed the issues was awesome, efficient and very professional! However, he did share that he was told to tell me that I’d have to purchase a water filter in the future, which I thought was odd since the fridge belongs to the apartment. I would’ve expected to need to purchase a snake for the drain blockage since we actively cause that build up. Fridge filters are typical items to replace and are out of our control—it’s one of those things that just requires... replacing.
