This place is a nightmare. I've been here for 2 years and I haven't had HEAT or AC. My neighbor is a 70 year old man who hasn't had heat for 7 years. Maintenance is constantly changing, I never see the same person twice. I've also had things stolen by the maintenance people when they come into my place. Management doesn't seem to care about these problems. I've wasted enough money here i'm leaving when my lease is up.

Our move in was delayed because our apartment wasn’t ready when did move in there was exposed wires hanging from the ceiling tools and buckets left behind we management and maintenance are absolutely terrible our whole lease we had to listen to squirrels running around in our ceiling while they had multiple companies come inspect it but never hired anyone to fix the problem I’m presuming because it was too expensive for them we spent most of winter without heating and half the summer without any... air conditioning when they did decide to come fix the ac they left a pipe unconnected causing mold all over the bathroom closet as well as the bedroom closet there solution being to bring loud dehumidifiers leaving all the mold still inside the walls the office never answers they’re incompetent and unprofessional Read More

I entered a lease at this location 6 weeks ago. On the day when I was supposed to pick up my keys as I’m sitting at the agents seat they notified me my unit was not ready. And insisted I be moved into a unit in a very undesirable area on the lot. I asked to see the unit. It was filthy to say the least and definitely needed to be painted. Now being nosey I inspected every cabinet and appliance. I found a roach stuck to a trap under the sink. they wanted to rush clean it and move us in with wet... carpet. . . Nope. I called to schedule a tour i was transferred to an automated saying how they would get back to me(they never did) and asking if I'd like to schedule a tour, so I did. I show up for my tour time, and they tell me I have to call first to ensure a room is available to tour. We start talking about pricing for apartments, and the prices they give are nearly 500 more than what are listed on this site or on their own website, do not waste your time with this place, from the 30 minute interaction I had... with staffing it is easy to tell they have no idea what they are doing. When I moved in 3 years ago this place was ran exceptionally well. Since Edge 26 took over it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They promised to install washers and dryers into the units. They started the rough in last September and have since done nothing, leaving plumbing parts at my front door and an open ventilation hole into my apartment for over 7 months. Every time I call, they just say that they're still working on the project. One of the main reasons I moved here was that I could... keep two cars. They recently implemented a parking permit system assuring that you can add an additional car. The system doesn't let you add an additional car and property management doesn't seem to think it's their problem that their permit system doesn't work after a brief phonecall with them. Read More
