Excellent service We had a great experience with the Maintenance team. Our Heating had stopped working and the team was at our door step with in 20min and had the problem solved with in an hour we are very grateful for the fast response and excellent service since we haven small kids in the house.

Could be better! I rate the staff bc and maintenance with 5 Stars , but you most recent communication regarding the personal responsibility to change our own lights is a definite 1. At almost 80, and with a bad hip and knee , climbing a ladder is dangerous for me., and not something I can do.

Perfect! It was not a West task to locate and exterminate the cricket that was taking up residence in the utility closet, but the task was handled quickly and efficiently by maintenance. A job well done!

Excellent, but… I love living at Mallory Ridge. The Staff and maintenance personnel are fantastic. The ground are well kept, but the emptying of the trash and recycling bins definitely could use attention. An overflowing trash and recycling bins are definitely not attractive to perspective renters.
This area needs attention.
