Truly some of the most disorganized and unintelligent people I have ever come across that work for management. Emergency lockout requests are entirely ignored, so if you have pets or children don’t have any faith that someone will be there to help, even in the middle of the day. Rent up charge is absurd, residents constantly pay despite being deserving of financial compensation for dealing with the illiterate staff.

I loved the apartment we lived in for three years at Spark Bloomfield, however, the lack of communication from management, and the way the raise rent prices is absurd. You can’t get a hold of management in the office. Lease agreements raised at least $500 annually, with no additional amenities. Find somewhere cheaper and nicer!

Stay away from these apartments. Nearly half of the residents are college students. You will be kept awake all night long. If you complain to property management, they will do NOTHING to diminish the noise and will treat you terribly for complaining. The apartments are not sound proofed. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing, yawning, sneezing, sex, peeing, etc. All of the tenured residents have moved out. They will try to lure you in by their affordable rent specials and at the end... of your lease term, rent will be increased significantly. The gym is filthy and the pool is dirty and not heated. I usually never write reviews but I am so happy with the service here I wanted all to know! I now live in this community for six months and am very happy. My apartment is newly renovated and has up-to-date appliances. The staff is nice and helpful and makes everyone feel very comfortable. The location is great, quiet but close access to all stores needed. Love it here!

I've lived here for 2 years and love the place. The apartments offer the option of having an attached garage (I love it!). They do a great job of maintaining the grounds and buildings. The office staff have always been helpful and knows you by name. The apartment is convenient to Town Square and a large mall just beyond that with all of the shops that you need. Mass Transit just requires you to walk to the entrance to the complex, and you're surrounded by the peace and of a golf course.
