The halls and property are filthy. I moved from another state and when I saw my apartment I thought I would die. The carpet is crummy, the kitchen counters and floor old and damaged and I had to scrape what I assumed was food off the kitchen cabinets. But remember they have lovely flowers planted outside of the office. Too bad you can't live there.

I have spoke to Chayra and Rose i have to say they were very friendly and professional’s treated me with respect and was very helpful Chayra , was amazing she literally help me with the application. The living experience was poor at best, but that's not the real concern. When I moved out they tried to rack up all sorts of fictitious charges including "trash removal" for a microwave that was already in the apartment when I moved in and a new rug to replace to completely spotless one. They tried to bully me, their debt mediator tried to bully me (even after looking at the rug photos he still said "it's easier to just pay it than have this on your credit report"). The managers and staff lie, threaten you and berate you for asking them to do their jobs
They do not understand their own lease or their own processes
And THEN they evict you when your rent is paid because they don't know what they're doing.
Not to mention the mold
The disgusting grounds
The terrible parking lot
The thefts
The weed everywhere
The crack addicts wandering the parking lot
No response to maintence requests

Have been here going on three years. The office staff has always been there to help with our concerns. They always call contact you back in a timely manner. Maintaince is always on call during off hours for emrrgencies It is accessible to surrounding stores.
