Sam and John are awesome people! Great management. Process was fast and affordable. Beautiful modern apartment. Wonderful pool, dog park , basketball/tennis court. Wonderful neighbors. Would rent here 10x over. Definitely recommend

Honestly such a nice place to live! It's clean, quiet, and everyone is really friendly! We worked with Sam for our move in, and I have nothing negative to say. She went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with her since.
I've only lived her a few months, but have no intention to move out any time soon! Love it here!

I’ve been really happy with my 2-bedroom apartment here at Fox Hill. The space is clean, comfortable, and well laid out — plenty of room for everything, and the bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen and living area feel bright and open, and the whole place stays quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate after work.
The staff and maintenance team are always professional and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. The community is safe and well-kept, with plenty of parking and... nice outdoor areas to walk around. It’s also super convenient to get to local stores, restaurants, and the highway.
Overall, Fox Hill Apartments has been a great place to call home — affordable, well-managed, and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality 2-bedroom apartment in Enfield!

It’s a nice place to live; the units are nice and I can’t really hear noises from other units. I like that each unit has one assigned spot, and the leasing office is good about enforcing that. It might be helpful to have cars registered so they know which car belongs to which unit. I’m glad they upgraded the washers/dryers to an app, very convenient. They are pretty good about urgent maintenance issues, but I have had a non-urgent issue fall off of their radar, so it would be helpful if they had... a better way to track those. Overall, it’s a nice place.
