Great place to live. Recommend living here since the units are nice and the staff are great. Access to the Greenway is nearby and is centrally located in Hamden near shops and restaurants, but still quiet.

Living at Town Walks has been a great experience for our family. The admin staff are genuinely helpful and always ready to assist, and the maintenance team responds quickly with immediate action whenever something needs attention. The clubhouse is consistently clean and inviting, and I truly enjoy using the gym and both pools especially during the summer. The whole community feels warm, quiet, and welcoming, thanks to the wonderful residents. Overall, a comfortable and well managed place to call... home!

I would definitely stay forever if i could!!
Such a beautiful place. Feels Safe and secure as a woman to me. Staff are so helpful, maintainance is resolved asap. Gym, club house, package room everything is so good!!
