Contemporary-Industrial & City Living. SUPER convenient to nice eateries, transit, train-station, secured parking complex right next door. In-unit & individual washer & drier (not a "dual function" singular unit like some other places). 1 utility bill (electric) to worry about, and then their Roof Top Lounge is SPECTACULAR. BEST PART, THE PEOPLE THAT MANAGE IT! GREAT communication! First, HUGE praise to Ms. LuzMarie! I honestly pestered her with questions and concerns and like almost immediately... , I recieved replies, and not just "ok, sure" but acknowledgement, assurance, and just comfortability that someone was listening and considerate, THAT'S LUZMARIE! And equally as AMAZING, Ms. Jessica, you'd think talking to someone else there'd be concern with different treatment? Not here! Ms. Jessica ALSO exhibits the same attributes! Of course, all of this is no surprise when you meet the Property Manager, Ms. Haley, CLEARLY she picked a GREAT TEAM and/or knows how to lead and enable them to do so well and care for us, the tenants. Overall amenities and cleanliness are very good!
The only issue still is the package room. i still lost some packages.
The leasing office staff are very helpful when needed.

I love living here at spectra Pearl. So far, I haven’t had any problems. The staff have been respectful, and the amenities are great. It is in the middle of downtown Hartford, but it is still quiet.

Very nice place to live quite mostly. Easy access to highways and areas around Hartford. I would recommend to stay here management is pretty decent and responsive to needs.

We've been here a little over 2 years now and love it. The building has an amazing staff and it's clean and well maintained. Very convenient location as well!
