Encore 275 really stands out because of how much it offers beyond just the apartment itself. The indoor pool is amazing, and having a fitness center, yoga room, movie theater, game room, and resident lounge all in one building makes it feel like you have everything you need right at home.

The apartments themselves are modern and well designed, with stainless steel appliances, large windows, and plenty of storage. Having electric and water included is also a huge benefit and makes monthly... expenses much easier to manage.

I’ve scheduled a tour for 1PM on Monday the 17th, I drove almost an hour to get there, when arrived, all doors locked, NO ONE waiting for me, called all phone numbers but they never answered or showed up, missing day of work to see the property and now there is nobody there, u ring the doorbell for the office, It just hangs up right away…
Don’t pay a penny for this property!
