Best tour ever

Today I went for a tour and the person who took care of us was Anthony. He was so nice so kind and the vibes were 10/10. The apartments were amazing very clean very up to par. If it was up to me I would’ve taken that same day , soon though .

Homeless guy sleeping in the common area for almost 1 year

There is a homeless man who has been sleeping in the common areas (on the couch) for almost 1 year. The apartment has been notified numerous times, but continues to do nothing about it. The police know who this individual is. The building knows how he gets in (walks in behind other residents through a side door).

If you want to pay a premium for falsely advertised luxury private residential amenities that are not private, given anyone can walk in, then this is your place.

Ownership of the...
building is terrible, does very little to try to mitigate these situations. The homeless man certainly makes you question whether or not you feel safe in this complex.

Very nice building

Anthony was our tour guide and it was an amazing experience. The whole building is really nice and well kept. The highlight for me was the fitness center. The layout was nice and it had a great selection of equipment.
