The Audubon New Haven

I've recently leased an apartment at the Audubon, and I have to give a major shout out to Woafa Saidi. From when I first began the leasing process up until now--when I've had to navigate credit check and bank limitations due to being an international student--Woafa has worked with me to find solutions to ensure that I am able to move into a unit that is perfect for me. She kept my budget in mind and helped me source out a unit within my budget that ended up being a major upgrade from what I was... hoping to find. She has always been incredibly responsive and kind, including after I committed to an apartment and signed the lease. Quick to respond, patient, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through everything and answered even my small, trivial questions.

Pretty happy overall. There have been some smaller hickups related to amenities and services, but for the most part everything is working the way I'd hope and expect. Nice neighborhood, nice people, and I really like our kitchen.

We just moved in and are very happy! The amazing amenities exceeded our expectations! My husband and I love the events that the staff put on every month! The staff are friendly and responsive. The area is very walkable and I always have felt safe walking around.

all is good, but my delivery got stolen 2 times, and I would really appreciate if we can have a dedicated place in phase 3 for delivery drop-off, the double door in phase 2 would be good. also, shipping package dropoff is also quite chaotic, I have to find my own package amongst package for all building(I know it is categorized in floors, but they dont tend to stick to the rules )
