Nice place

Been here about a month, office staff has been great, go out of there way to help. My a/c and washer didn't work they fixed it. They gave me handicapped toilets they have gone out of there way. Most issues r caused by lazy residents or they don't follow the rules. You can't blame office staff for lazy, dirty renters they do there best with so many apts. The apts are very good size, big windows, nice courtyard and dog park. I have 4 dogs all allowed no issue, but others don't clean up after... there dog then complain about poop.Don't blame staff for things they have no control over. I personally plan to make this my last apt.The office will bend the rules to help residents as long as it doesn't incovienence others. I plan to Stay here till I die I'm 63.

Happy with Westville Village

We moved in about 8 months ago and are very happy , the leasing office staff is always there to help when I have any issues . Our unit has a lot of closet space and I love the dog park for our dog to play ! I have referred a couple friends from work as well .

Horrible maintenance issues and unsafe place

Check out the parking lot: Literally, every one can walk in or follow the previous car to get in. Flawed security. There are security hired to monitor the lot overnight. I spot them sleeping many times. I don't feel safe here. (I encountered a stranger who got into the building and solicits money.) Trash every where, pot holes, broken pipes, down pour of water during rain at the lot, and puddles of water. Stairway is horrible. They usually just keep one clean, and only show you this one when... doing a tour. It takes forever to fix things, either in the apartment or public area. Trash chute is extremely smelly in the summer. The terrace/podium at the center gets worn out these years. Small rocks every where. Living here for a year is more than enough, a nightmare.

Don't Rent from here, NOT SAFE

My car window has been smashed 5 times, and a tire slashed in a so-called Gated Luxury Appt. Exit gate is always broken! You pay for a parking space and would expect your car to be safe let alone your safety in the parking garage..front desk personal are useless!
