Great spot

I lived here for over 8 years and I thought it was great. Tons of close restaurants, shuttle to the train, lots of events. Apartment was very nice. I also really liked the management Ron was great and I found him very easy going and totally reasonable. Judy was always lovely.i had a great experience here

Unhelpful building management

I’m a resident at 66 Summer. I pay for parking as part of my rent and had a temporary parking tag while waiting for new plates to arrive. My car was towed overnight by the building’s towing service from the garage, and building management would do nothing to sort out the situation or cover the cost of the tow to release my car. There’s a ton of apartments available in downtown Stamford given the pandemic; I do not recommend this building and am vacating at the end of my lease.
