The Glenwood Apartments

I moved out of this apartment over 6 months ago and still have not received my security deposit. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, there has been no satisfactory response.

What’s even more concerning is that my sister and her family moved out 2 years ago and are still waiting for their security deposit as well. That says a lot about how this property treats former residents.

On top of that, the building has serious pest problems. Our apartment was infested with roaches and mice,... making it an unhealthy and unpleasant place to live. Management failed to adequately address these issues during our time there.

Overall, this was one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. Poor management, unresolved pest infestations, and failure to return security deposits are major red flags. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe and professionally managed place to live. Read More

I loved the property and felt that management was very responsive. I ended up choosing another one that lined up more closely with what I needed but would turn to Kayla again in the future.

Amenities are included and the complex has on site laundry. Also, management is very accommodating and helpful, especially during the move in process.

This property’s getting worse and worse, especially with NOVO taking over as management. They are EXTREMELY slow to respond to maintainance requests IF the respond at all. Neighbors are loud. A/C is not included, you have to “rent” the window unit. And the unit is in just 1 room. Neighbors are disgusting, just throwing bags of garbage in the trash room, not in the bins.
