I feel like me and my family got lied too

We went for tour and the lady told us she would call us when a unit was available I signed up for notifications and everything all of a sudden I call and someone got the same unit we wanted just felt like she assumed we wouldn’t get approved and a make close to 70k a year I’m cool off this place
