Infested with roaches

I moved into this unit on 1/14/2026 and it is completely uninhabitable for a family.
Active Infestation: I found breeding cockroach egg cases in the kitchen cabinets and my bedroom immediately upon move-in.
Health Hazards: The vents and walls are covered in heavy nicotine residue and filth that was simply painted over.
Management Neglect: They have ignored my requests to address these sanitary issues. They are showing zero concern for the serious respiratory and health risks these conditions... cause for an infant.
It is a violation of the Delaware Landlord-Tenant Code (Section 5303) to provide a unit in this condition. If you care about your health or your children's safety, stay away from Woodcrest.

The neighborhood is ok.
Please update the apartments. Should be a routine check to see what needs to be replaced or updated. Rent continues to increase but no updates to apartments.

Me, my fiancé, our daughter and our dogs are new to the neighborhood and so far we’ve loved our experience's. We have lived a few places before here and already the professionalism and everything else to come has already been better than all of our prior experiences. Beautiful area and great staff and super friendly neighbors.

Peaceful, ample parking, spacious apartments, love the dog park and playground! Management is professional and pleasant. The ladies in the office and the maintenance team work very hard.
