Love living here! I'm going into my sixth year and have no plans to leave. The community is incredibly welcoming, I feel like much more than just a tenant.
The property and maintenance are always well maintained. There are great amenities- a pool, a courtyard to have cookouts and for kids to play, a gym and a mail room for packages.
One of the best parts is how management goes above and beyond to create a true sense of community. Composed of three story walk up buildings. Has ample parking including handicap spaces. Is close to the local library that offers an assortment of programs for children, adults & seniors. Community offers a vibrant senior center full of activities. It is within driving distance of several grocery chains as well as a Walmart, Target & Boscov’s. There are also several very good restaurants that offer delicious breakfasts, lunches & dinner. A great place to live!

We have lived here for a little over 6 years and love it..there is a pool..clubhouse. bingo and holiday parties are held .....a large pavilion where parties and picnics can be held...a fenced in dog yard for running and ... a gym and plenty of space to walk....people are friendly and helpful to others. So if you are thinking of moving to Friendship Village Apt come check it out and see the greatness of it..very close by is a large library and elementary and middle schools right here..... .

This is a great place to live. I love sitting out on the balcony with my morning cup of tea or at night listening to the frogs and such out by the water. Pool is a wonderful place to get my daily laps in. I have not used the fitness center but have heard good things about it. They hold community events like bbqs, bingo, paint nights and yard sales among other various things throughout the year. And have a holiday meal in December.
All of the staff is friendly and quick to respond to any... issue one might have. Deedee, Erica, Rodney and Charlie. They know everyone and talk to you when you are just taking a walk or swimming in the pool not just when there is an issue.
