Maintenance is excellent,grounds keeping excellent , snow removal excellent. I had two emergency maintenance issues that where resolved quickly and efficiently. 3 minor issues dishwasher fridge and peeling ceiling paint that where resolved quickly. When you call they respond in a timely manner. The office staff is very professional. The maintenance crew is trustworthy.Overall the community as a whole is pretty good working class people. I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Appleby Apartments. The community is quiet, and my neighbors have always been friendly and respectful. The maintenance staff is excellent — they respond quickly and take care of any issues right away. Lynette and the leasing staff are always friendly, professional, and accommodating, which has made living here a great experience. If I didn’t have to move, I would absolutely stay. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, parking is a big issue and poor insulation of cheap windows and doors. Expect your electric bill to be $200-$400 a month. also, if you decide to rent and your lease renawal is due, Expect your rent to go up $70 and up. Again I wouldn't recommend Appleby apt. It's not worth the money you pay monthly.. good luck.

We have lived here over a year and it has been terrible. We haven't had one good night sleep due to the neighbors parties and having people live with them who aren't on the lease. We take appraise action to tell the office but it just seems that they make it harder for us to live here. There child is equally horrific he pounds on the floor all day long. I call them sonic booms because they are so loud. Our car was vandalized in the parking lot and my son's carseat was drenched in beer on one... of the nights of their loud obnoxious perties. They drenched my balcony for a whole month with brown fluid and didn't stop until the maintenence guy asked them to stop. Three apartments burnt out in the middle of the night due to a fire. A maintenence guy entered our home shortly after we moved in without a work order. I had just put my baby down to nap and had just gotten out of the shower and I screamed and had to go lock myself in my son's bedroom. They play booming music round the clock and in their home. This place cost way to much to live in and all the things you have to put up with it is just not worth it. If you have a problem and talk to the office they won't do anything about it.
