The best place

Huge shout out to new team in the office. Thanks you for keeping the community well maintained and taking care of the existing residents when it comes to any questions. Daria has been amazing, she helped us multiple times and never left us without an answer. That’s all that matters.
We love the local events that you throw all the time. We love attending it, it’s always so fun!

Look Elsewhere!!!

I do not recommend moving into 10x Mizner. The Property Manager/Mgmt is unresponsive. They do not return calls or emails and are very unresponsive to maintenance requests and other pertinent issues. We've experienced endless problems with plumbing, toilet leaks/toilets overflowing as they do not fix things properly the 1st time, the elevators do not work 1/2 the time and/or take forever to access. There are issues with rodents/pest control throughout the property. The parking garage is... filled with trash & is not secure. There are no amenities in comparison to other properties. The "amenities" have supposedly been under renovation for 2 years and are nowhere near completion. I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

Bed Bugs

My unit had carpet in it and I had to throw away my mattress and headboard twice, due to bed bugs.
I offered to the leasing office, either switch to a new unit or let me out of my lease early.
The leasing office's response was sorry we're not doing anything and we will send a pest control guy to your unit, and bill you for the cost.
