Cheeseburger and Paradise

The location is perfect.
The management company is great.
The folks that live here are for the most part dog lovers, like me, and quite friendly.

It needs some renovations to make it a 5 star property.
Windows in my apartment overlooking lake, originally designed to keep sun out, have deteriorated so one can't see out the windows. This is a minor irritant.

I do think this is a great place to live. I sold my house and this is my first experience with apartment living. Anytime I need... anything fixed, such as a lightbulb, I enter a request online and like magic, someone shows up and takes care of it.

The management and maintenance staff are responsive, friendly and professional.
