Good to be here...

The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and services - and for getting to the beaches and the river. I enjoy the spacious, attractive, and well kept grounds, especially all the trees and the shade they give.

Ever since my first visit, a little over a year ago, I have found the management team to be friendly, helpful and professional., My experience with maintenance has been consistently excellent. I am glad to be here at Solana Vista.

Wow!!

I have lived here for over a year and recently they hired a new manager. He is super attentive and I feel is going to improve an already great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and little to none insect problem. Views are spectacular and you feel like your away on vacation. Love it!!!

Lots of roaches, no solutions

During the time I've lived here, I've had issues with roaches roaming my apartment. While there is an exterminator, they don't seem to be particularly effective. I realize that roaches are a bit more common in Florida, but even with that in mind, it's still a pretty big issue that the complex hasn't been able to solve so far.

Love It.....

I love Solana Vista, great apartment and location. Mariam is AWESOME!!!! The other staff and neighbors are great. Highly recommend, my second year right now.
