Smooth transfer and great community

I completed a transfer within the community in late January and the process was very smooth. The leasing office staff were helpful, professional, and provided clear guidance throughout, making the transition easy and ensuring my new rates were locked in.

The apartment was clean and well prepared when I moved in, which made settling in quick and comfortable. The community is well maintained and offers great amenities.

Living here with my baby has been a wonderful experience. We enjoy daily...
walks around the lake and throughout the property, relaxing by the pool, and using the gym and leasing office lounge areas.

Overall, I’m very happy I chose to renew and stay within the community and look forward to another great year here.

This is my very first time moving into an apartment, let alone all by myself. I had help every step of the way and was moving in the very next day after applying. It was super easy to understand and all the amenities are a huge plus. I definitely think The Palms at Cape Coral is worth the price. The community is also very friendly, everyone around is respectful and welcoming. A huge thing for me was being pet (cat and dog) friendly, which The Palms is. Overall, I say this place is a very nice... place to consider settling down!
