The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay.

Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
