Beautiful apartment complex! I absolutely love living in this building.
The amenities are amazing . Everything clean and high quality.

I’ve have a great experience for living in this building. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are always clean and enjoyable. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever something comes up, which makes a big difference that we lived before at another buildings in Dania beach.
The location is also very convenient, with everything you need nearby: highway, grocery, ocean
Overall, it feels safe, comfortable, and like a place you can truly call home.

Living here has been a mixed experience. Experience with good abd perfect emotions ! The building itself is nice and has very good amenities- gym that all I need, always warm water at the pool and other, and the location is definitely a plus. However, there have been some issues with occasional noise from outside, bud management help to us immediately.
They always helpful and benevolent, by the way with any problem that I had workers help same day.
And especially I like here pool at the... rooftop, so cozy, and comfortable furniture there , and warm water that plus for cold evenings.

I’ve been living at 101 Dania Beach Apartments, and I can honestly say this feels like my forever home. From day one, I’ve been extremely impressed with everything here. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes the whole place feel bright and inviting. ... especially love how functional everything is there’s great storage space, and every room feels comfortable and well laid out. The living area is cozy yet open, and the bedrooms are quiet and relaxing, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really shows how much they care about the residents. The location is also a huge plus convenient to everything you need while still feeling like a relaxing place to come home to. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.
