Things are looking up here in the building

I have been here now for 4 years and most likely will be a 5th. During a large of portion of this time (especially first 3 years) there have been several issues along with many mgmt companies that have come and gone. However, the current mgmt company in place is really making a difference. The right changes are taking place. Both the property mgr - Alex and his colleague Azadam are great. They actively listen and I believe are doing everything they can to make living here much better.

Horrible Apartment

Horrible, horrible place to live. The management makes up new rules every week, they are super rude to their tenants, and the entire complex smells like trash and smoke. EV charger never works, and you can’t walk your dog through the front door, you have to go through the garage.

It's Not All That

We have been here for over a year and can't wait until we move! The first eleven months were at best "okay". Noisy neighbors, paper thin walls, and repeatedly charged additional fees without notice nor explanation. Pool malfunctioned and flooded apartments in September. Apartments are still not fixed (after being flooded again in November). Pool unavailable, yet ownership demands full rent payment. Owner refuses to reimburse tenants for out of pocket expenses due to their pool failure. ... The singular positive thing about this place is location. Trust me, rent elsewhere!

Best place to live in Dania

Great place to live property management Vanessa is amazing and knows hospitality ,I’ve been living here for 2 months everything perfect already .theres a rooftop pool and it’s always cleans,the maintainance People very reliable I give this place all five stars

Awesome place

I've been living here for 4 months now I love the place the staff is very friendly the amenities are amazing all the neighbors are friendly.
We write bikes every morning to the beach which is only a 10-minute ride.
Rooftop is incredible they have barbecues, also have the pool area, the view us amazing.
5 minutes from airport.
5 minutes from bank, publix and even a casino.
The staff at Dania Beach throws partie for the residents to integrate us.
the Halloween party was great, food, customes,... dj.
Christmas party also was amazing, fun for all of us.
I I have nothing bad to say about the place at Dania Beach.
I love living here !!!!!!
